Beef Stir Fry Recipe




I love a good Stir Fry, and this recipe can't be beat. This one is a frequent flyer in our household. I use pre cooked stir fry noodles, but you can also use rice.


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 2 Heads of Broccoli Chopped

  • Package of Sliced Mushrooms

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped

  • 1 lb Sliced Sirloin

  • 1 large Onion ,Chopped

  • Rice or pre cooked stir fry noodles

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ½ cup Soy Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce


Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or or wok on medium heat, heat oil. Add onions, pepper, mushrooms, and broccoli. Cook until tender. Remove from the pan.

  2. Add Sliced Sirloin and season with desired spices. I use garlic powder and onion powder. Cook until no longer pink. Drain fat and return vegetables back to skillet

  3. Cook rice or pre cooked noodles according to instructions

  4. Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and garlic.

  5. Add rice or noodles to skillet or wok and pour sauce. Toss until completely combined and serve.
